David Bennett is the CEO and co-founder of ai&, a vertically integrated AI platform company unifying data centers, heterogeneous compute, and advanced model services into a single optimized stack. A transformational technology executive, David has built and scaled global businesses at the intersection of AI, semiconductors, and international markets by combining Silicon Valley innovation with Asian manufacturing excellence.

Previously, David was Chief Customer Officer at Tenstorrent, where he led global go‑to‑market strategy and commercialization of AI and RISC‑V products. During his tenure, the company scaled business contracts from zero to $177M, raised a $700M Series D, and secured strategic partnerships with Hyundai, LG, Samsung and the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Earlier, David served as CEO of NEC Personal Computers and President of Lenovo Japan, leading a $4.5B joint venture turnaround and capturing a 60% market share in Japan’s largest education technology tender.

David spent over a decade at AMD, ultimately as Corporate Vice President and General Manager for Asia‑Pacific having previously overseen their worldwide Enterprise business and several large accounts. Fluent in English, Japanese, and French, he currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Sanrio Company Ltd. (TSE: 8136), and a Visiting Professor at Yamagata University.
