Jane Tay

Founder & CEO, Clean Energy SEA

Jane Tay is Founder and CEO of Clean Energy SEA and a corporate renewable energy 

practitioner specialising in PPA structuring, negotiation and market development across Asia.

Since 2018, she has originated, negotiated and closed more than 1.7 GW of renewable 

electricity transactions across Southeast Asia, spanning physical and virtual PPAs, cross-border 

electricity imports and emerging procurement mechanisms in Southeast Asia. 

Jane has led corporate PPA origination across ten APAC markets and worked directly with 

global technology companies, RE100 corporates, renewable developers, regulators, utilities and 

industry bodies. 

She has delivered more than 30 speaking engagements across seven countries, including the 

ASEAN Energy Business Forum, CETA, Enlit Asia, Future Energy Asia, REM Asia and DCD
