Joe Gooi is the Co-Founder and CEO of SC Zeus Data Centers, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth across Asia Pacific, with a focus on developing next-generation digital infrastructure for hyperscale, cloud and AI workloads.

With more than two decades of experience spanning data centers, real estate investment and infrastructure, Joe brings a strong investment and development perspective to the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure sector. Under his leadership, SC Zeus is building a scalable data center platform across key APAC markets, including Japan and South Korea.

Joe is particularly focused on the infrastructure challenges emerging from the rapid growth of AI — from securing power at scale and enabling high-density compute to integrating advanced cooling and flexible, future-ready design. He advocates a power-first, long-term approach to data center development, aligning infrastructure investment with the evolving requirements of hyperscalers and AI customers.
