Lauren Ryder is the CEO of Leading Edge Global and Founder of Engage, a global leadership ecosystem for the digital infrastructure industry, bringing together leaders, organisations and expertise to build the people and leadership capability the industry needs to grow.

Lauren is passionate about the people behind the infrastructure as the industry continues to scale.  She works with organisations across the digital infrastructure sector globally, helping them develop stronger leaders, build workforce capability and navigate transformation and growth.

She is also an active contributor to the industry, speaking and moderating at conferences around the world, she serves on the Australian Chapter Board of iMasons, and organises the Sydney Gen+1 Data Centre Run club.
