Matthew Walker

Matthew Walker (Matt) is Regional Vice President Asia and CFO Asia at Colt Technology Services. Based in Tokyo, he leads Colt's business across Asia, with responsibility for regional strategy, growth, customer relationships and overall operational performance. In addition to his regional leadership responsibilities, Matt oversees Colt's finance function across Asia, supporting the company's long-term investment and financial strategy.
Matt brings extensive experience in finance, corporate transactions and business transformation. Prior to joining Colt, he was a Partner in Deloitte's M&A Integration and Separation practice, where he advised global telecommunications, technology and media companies on acquisitions, divestments, IPOs and large-scale transformation programmes. He has extensive international experience leading complex business change, helping organisations navigate growth, transformation and strategic investment.
Matt holds an MSc in Management from the University of Liverpool, graduating with Distinction. He also holds an MA in Japanese from the University of Edinburgh, and completed a Japanese language programme at International Christian University in Tokyo
