Michael joined Iron Mountain in 2018. Initially responsible for the APAC business, his responsibilities were broadened in 2024 to encompass EMEA. He currently directs IMDC's business in both regions, overseeing P&L management, operational activities, and commercial functions. Under Michael's leadership, Iron Mountain has experienced substantial growth in EMEA and APAC, including strategic expansion into the Indian and Middle Eastern markets.

Michael possesses over two decades of experience in the data center industry. Prior to his tenure at Iron Mountain, he held senior leadership positions at NTT, where he spearheaded the company's data center expansion within Singapore and the broader APAC region. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
