Nathchaya (Natalie) Pongakkarawat

Natalie has advised senior Thai government leaders and Fortune 500 companies across Asia-Pacific through her advisory leadership to advancing economic and social progress through public policy, sustainability, and industry development. She helped shape Southeast Asia’s first platform regulation, Cloud First Policy, AI governance, data center, renewable energy, and cybersecurity frameworks, among others, building cross-government and international organization support to establish the country’s and the region cloud, data center, and AI industry.

Selected by the U.S. government as one of the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework Policy Scholar Leader, Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business from Westminster College in Missouri and a master’s in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS in Washington, D.C. She brings an international perspective shaped by living across Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia in the past decades.
