Nicholas Chia

Nicholas Chia is Chief Executive Officer of Aolani, leading the company’s strategy, operations, platform delivery and regional expansion. He oversees the development of Aolani’s AI infrastructure platform, including data centre capacity, GPU deployments, technology partnerships and fundraising initiatives across Southeast Asia. 

With over 20 years of experience, Nicholas has held senior roles at Citi, Standard Chartered, OCBC Bank and CLSA, advising on capital markets, fundraising and M&A transactions. He later focused on digital infrastructure investing and platform development through leadership positions at A3 Capital, Maximin Group, Verdnex Data Centers, Racks Central and EMA Global. He holds a degree from Queen Mary University of London and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s PLD programme. Nicholas has also served on the boards of several private companies across the real estate, healthcare, and digital infrastructure sectors.
