Head of Design and Development, Data Centers, ESR Group

Based in Singapore since 2011, Richard brings a wealth of domain expertise and diverse professional experience as Head of Design and Development Data Centres, having led design and construction teams for critical facilities across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East.

At ESR, Richard is responsible for technology and innovation for the data centre platform. Leveraging ESR’s logistics experience to identify opportunities and develop data centre concept designs his focus is on design optimisation, efficient construction, and customer alignment.

Prior to joining ESR, Richard worked in APAC regional leadership roles for NTT, Keppel Data Centers, and Microsoft.
