Vadim Zendejas is a global technology executive with 20+ years building and leading the customer-facing technical organizations — Solutions Architecture, Cloud Solution Architecture, Customer Success and technical pre-sales — that turn cloud and generative AI into board-level business outcomes. He has led these teams at scale across APJC, EMEA and the Americas for some of the largest enterprises in the world.

As Executive Officer for Japan, Vadim leads Microsoft’s global technical organization for its most strategic accounts across Cloud & AI, AI Business Solutions and Security. He sits on regional and worldwide leadership teams and serves as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs and boards on cloud modernization, AI strategy and enterprise transformation. His career has spanned Mexico, Japan, Singapore, Germany and Luxembourg — bridging global strategy with local context.

An AWS alumnus, Vadim helped Fortune 500 enterprises adopt the cloud. He began his career as a software developer and startup co-founder/CTO, and holds an MSc in Information Security from The University of Tokyo. His philosophy is simple: technology only matters when it delivers measurable business value.
