General

Datacloud Asia takes place from 2 - 3 December 2026 at the Shangri-La, Singapore.

Registration and Passes

To register for Datacloud Asia 2026, register on our website.

Yes, one person can register multiple team members in a single booking process.

You have various opportunities to save on your pass price for Datacloud Asia (co-located with ITW Asia):

- Book for $649 before 17 July 2026 and save $350

- Book for $699 before 11 September and save $300

- Book for $799 before 27 November and save $200

A full pass costs $999 and is available to purchase any time until the close of the event.

 

Arrival and Check-in

2 December: 08:00 - 17:00

3 December: 08:00 - 17:00

Badge collection will take place in the main lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel.

Rooms will be available in the Shangri-La Hotel, the venue for Datacloud Asia and ITW Asia. The booking link will be available around July 2026.

We can supply booked attendees with Visa letters. However, please do note we can only supply these once you have purchased a pass for the event.

For Visa letters, please email itwteam@capacitymedia.com and quote your confirmation number.

Wi-Fi and Tech

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue - login details will be available onsite.

The techoraco events app will be available to all attendees closer to the event, allowing you to view all attendee details, send messages and arrange meetings in advance, and plan your schedule for your time onsite.  You need to have a registered pass in order to access.

Accessibility and Inclusion

Yes, all public areas are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, breakfast, lunch and coffee will be provided onsite.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten free options will be available on request.

Baby changing facilities will be available on site.

Exhibition and Sponsors 

A floorplan of the event will be available closer to the event opening.

Various product demos will take place in the venue - more information will be provided closer to the event.

Networking and Meetings 

Use the techoraco events app to view attendees, schedule meetings, and exchange messages. There are networking lounges and seating areas throughout the venue for spontaneous conversations and we also host several happy hours and receptions. 

Datacloud Asia offers a range of networking spaces, including lounges, work and seating areas. 

To book a private meeting space, meeting room, or other dedicated networking areas, please contact our sponsorship team.

The Datacloud Asia agenda will cover the full range of topics relevant to digital infrastructure buildout in Asia and globally, including futureproofing data centre design, unlocking capital, interconnectivity, and more - see the full list of topics covered on our key themes page.
